One from Lower Normandy, the other from Upper Normandy: a little over ten years ago, Jean-Marie and Timothée met on the benches of the business school in Paris. Epicureans, bon vivants, lovers of their land, they share the same values.

Then their paths go their separate ways: Jean-Marie puts aside the camembert in favor of the Cantonese dim-sums. He spent three years in China working in the flourishing French wine trade. Timothée, for his part, flew to the United States for four years. Based in Brooklyn, he trained in communication skills and took a liking to entrepreneurship.

Experiences that have forged in them a certain desire to undertake in the world of gastronomy and high-end while making them realize how much French products are popular abroad.

Back in France, they meet for a coffee on the Grands Boulevards in Paris. The idea emerges to create an original, gourmet and sustainable brand, around the emblematic Norman fruit: the apple.

At Le Coq Toqué!, we concoct pretty organic juices, nectars and ciders, all of French origin. Our collection is a subtle alliance of fruits, flowers, infusions of aromatic plants and exotic spices. Alone, with friends or family, share gourmet moments throughout the day.

The recipes, developed by Jean-Marie and Timothée, are not lacking in audacity. Combining apple with spearmint, basil, rose or Morello cherry turns out to be a winning bet. In each association, they look for a gourmet balance and new flavors to help you discover the apple like you've never tasted it before!

Everything is organic and natural: no treatment, no chemical amendments, nothing but a little elbow grease and a lot of passion!

The production takes place in a small independent workshop in Normandy where a team works at the press, assembly and bottling.
